On Friday night (July 4) after months of anticipation, and years apart, Liam and Noel Gallagher finally reunited on stage as they kicked off their huge 2025 world tour.

Storming through their back catalogue of number of hits and classic tracks, fans inside Cardiff’s Principality Stadium were euphoric as the Manchester band treated them to more than two hours of pure rock ‘n’ roll.

Their first two shows of the tour saw the previously feuding pair share a number of tender moments, including a hug at the end of the shows as well as a number of touching tributes. Opening with ‘Hello’ and closing with ‘Champagne Supernova’, it was “biblical, celestial, and majestical”.

The tour, which was announced last summer, will include 19 dates across the UK and Ireland, plus a string of international shows.

The band will play five dates in Manchester over the next two weeks, beginning with back-to-back shows on Friday, 11 July and Saturday, 12 July.

Following this, Liam and Noel will play midweek on Wednesday, July 16. They’ll complete their Manchester residency with shows on Saturday, 19 July and Sunday, 20 July.

From here, they’ll head to London, Edinburgh and Dublin, before embarking on a series of shows in America, Australia and Asia.

Over the course of Oasis’ five Heaton Park shows, some 340,000 people will descend on Greater Manchester’s largest municipal park, while thousands more will make the journey to the city to soak up the incredible atmosphere of 2025’s biggest music tour.

For the Heaton Park shows, there will be two sections for fans, to ensure fan safety and ‘improve the fan experience’ whilst entering the site.

For those heading to the shows, it will be key to enter the park from the correct entrance depending on whether you have been assigned Front Standing or are in General Admission.

A venue map has been published on ticket site Gigs and Tours detailing the various entry points, as well as the stage position and where the merchandise and food and beverage stands will be located in Heaton Park.

Between the Corner Gate and West Gate on Bury Old Road there will be the General Admission Entry Gates, while between the South Gate and East Gate there will be entry on Sheepfoot Lane for Front Standing.

It is worth noting that the map states that no General Admission entry will be allowed from Sheepfoot Lane.

If you have a ticket for front standing at Heaton Park, the advice from TfGM is to get off at Bowker Vale tram stop, which is the closest stop to the venue entrance on Sheepfoot Lane.

The Heaton Park stop, which is closer to General Admission entry will be closed at 9pm on all nights, so Bowker Vale will be the main stop for travelling back to Bury and the city centre after the shows for all those attending Oasis Live ’25.

The map also shows where the temporary bus station within the park will be located for those getting the shuttle bus from the city centre.

Limited shuttlebus tickets, priced at £10, are available – but these must be purchased in advance through the Bee Network app.

Those arriving this way will enter the park via the North Gate of Heaton Park and it is the same for those arriving on the pre-booked Big Green Coaches.
